Joanas uses organic ingredients, incorporating superfoods and adaptogenic herbs to craft a truly delightful and nourishing plant-based 8-course meal to delight + inspire. Joanas Riccardi was born and raised in Italy, and moved to New York city to pursue a culinary career. With over 13 years experience in the kitchen, his passion is centered around plant-based delicious and nutritious food that promotes healing and radiance from the inside out. Joanas is the cofounder of 'Pianta' a raw and fermented hard cream cheese. He is also the culinary creative director of Civana - a wellness resort in Arizona.
